Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, site visits, and property inspection charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If a consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule without additional charges.
Booking Cancellation
Clients may cancel a booked consultation or meeting by contacting us in advance.
- More than 24 hours before appointment: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: Cancellation charges may apply.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any booking fee.
Construction & Renovation Projects

Advance Payments
Advance payments made for projects or services may be refundable only if:

- No materials have been purchased.
- No third-party expenses have been incurred.
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or project-related expenses.
Refund Process
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may vary between 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Services

- Consultation fees
- Site inspection charges
- Property valuation services
- Documentation and legal processing fees
- Completed construction work
- Purchased construction materials
- Interior design services already delivered
- Real estate commission after transaction completion
Project Delays
Construction timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

- Material shortages
- Client-requested changes
Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
